👥Biography 个人简介

Gregory Winter shared the 2018 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for the humanization of monoclonal antibodies — a technique he developed to replace murine antibody sequences with human sequences while retaining antigen-binding activity. Humanized antibodies (like trastuzumab, bevacizumab, cetuximab, pembrolizumab) form the backbone of modern targeted cancer therapy and immunotherapy. His phage display technology further enabled the selection of fully human antibodies without animal immunization.
