Gregory Cote led pivotal trials of nirogacestat for desmoid tumors and has advanced drug development in ultra-rare sarcomas including chordoma and alveolar soft part sarcoma. His work established gamma secretase inhibition as standard therapy for progressive desmoids. He directs the DFCI sarcoma program.
