Nathanael Gray

Nathanael Gray has pioneered the development of kinase-targeting PROTACs and degraders at Stanford University, demonstrating that degradation of oncogenic kinases can achieve therapeutic effects not attainable through kinase inhibition alone. His work on CDK degraders showed that selective destruction of CDK4 or CDK6 avoids the compensatory feedback mechanisms that limit the efficacy of CDK inhibitors. He has advanced chemoproteomic methods for comprehensive profiling of degrader selectivity and off-target protein degradation.
