Trevor Graham
PhD
Professor of Genomics and Evolution
👥Biography 个人简介
Trevor Graham has elucidated the evolutionary dynamics of colorectal cancer development from normal intestinal crypts through field cancerization to invasive carcinoma, using methylation clocks and lineage tracing to reconstruct the clonal histories of individual tumors. His research at Barts Cancer Institute has revealed how competition between stem cell clones in intestinal crypts drives the earliest stages of cancer evolution and how therapy reshapes clonal architecture in colorectal tumors. His work provides a detailed evolutionary roadmap of colorectal carcinogenesis from normal tissue to treatment-resistant disease.
