Graeme Eisenhofer

Graeme Eisenhofer at Dresden University Hospital has made seminal contributions to the biochemical diagnosis of pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, establishing the use of plasma free metanephrines as the superior diagnostic test for these tumors. His research on catecholamine metabolism and the biochemistry of chromaffin tumors has transformed diagnostic algorithms globally.
