Gordon Mills

Gordon Mills is a cancer systems biologist whose foundational work on PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway biology and protein signaling networks in cancer has informed the development of multiple targeted therapies that entered milestone clinical trials. He leads integrative computational and experimental cancer signaling programs at OHSU and has contributed to cooperative group biomarker analyses for multiple targeted therapy trials. His work on RPPA proteomics and pathway activation profiling in cancer has shaped precision oncology trial designs. Mills has been a leading advocate for integrative multi-omic approaches to cancer drug development.
