👥Biography 个人简介

Glen Bhatt investigates the cGAS-STING innate immune pathway and its role in cancer immunosurveillance. His research has characterized how STING activation in tumor cells and myeloid cells triggers type I interferon production and anti-tumor T cell responses. He has developed STING agonist strategies for cancer immunotherapy and studied why STING signaling is often suppressed in the tumor microenvironment. His work provides mechanistic insights into innate immune sensing of cancer.
