Garry Nolan

Prof. Garry Nolan at Stanford is a pioneer in spatial systems biology and multiplexed tissue imaging including CODEX (CO-Detection by indEXing) for profiling dozens of proteins simultaneously in tissue sections. He has developed AI computational approaches to analyze spatial transcriptomic and proteomic data in the tumor microenvironment at single-cell resolution. His methods enable AI-assisted discovery of spatially organized cellular communities associated with cancer outcomes and treatment responses.
