Dr. Garry Nolan is a pioneer of high-dimensional cytometry and spatial proteomics who co-developed CODEX, an antibody-based spatial proteomics platform enabling simultaneous measurement of 50+ proteins in tissue with single-cell spatial resolution. His work has revealed the complex spatial organization of tumor immune infiltrates and tertiary lymphoid structures, generating insights into immunotherapy biomarkers and tumor immune evasion mechanisms.
