Justin Gainor directs the Center for Thoracic Cancers at Mass General and has published seminal work on immunotherapy resistance in ROS1-positive NSCLC. His research demonstrated that ALK and ROS1-rearranged tumors have low PD-L1 expression and poor immunotherapy response. He has contributed to rational combination strategies for this population.
