Hayley Francies

Hayley Francies leads high-throughput organoid drug screening programs at the Sanger Institute, integrating pharmacogenomic profiling with whole-genome sequencing to identify molecular determinants of drug sensitivity across cancer types. Her work on bladder cancer organoids has established clinically relevant models for testing immunotherapy and targeted therapy combinations. She contributes to the Cancer Dependency Map project using organoid-based functional genomics.
