Mona Flores

Mona Flores leads medical AI at NVIDIA, where she has developed federated learning frameworks that enable training cancer AI models across institutions without sharing patient data. Her work on GPU-accelerated inference for large language models in clinical settings has addressed computational infrastructure challenges for deploying LLMs in oncology.
