Mona Flores

Mona Flores leads NVIDIA's medical AI division including the NVIDIA FLARE (Federated Learning Application Runtime Environment) platform used extensively in oncology research. Her work has enabled GPU-accelerated federated learning across hundreds of hospital systems for cancer detection and treatment planning. She has forged partnerships with major cancer centers to demonstrate real-world federated AI deployment at clinical scale.
