Fiona Gilbert

Fiona Gilbert at the University of Cambridge is a leader in breast imaging research including MRI radiomics and quantitative imaging biomarkers for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment response assessment. She has led major UK trials of breast MRI screening and MRI-guided therapy assessment. Her work on radiomic features extracted from dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI has contributed to predicting pathological complete response in neoadjuvant breast cancer therapy. She has contributed to NICE and European breast imaging guidelines.
