👥Biography 个人简介

Filipa Lynce directs one of the only dedicated male breast cancer programs in the United States at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and has been instrumental in demonstrating that male breast cancer patients with BRCA2 mutations respond to olaparib and other PARP inhibitors similarly to female BRCA-mutated patients. She has published extensively on the germline mutation landscape in male breast cancer and the psychosocial and survivorship needs of male patients, who are often excluded from major clinical trials. She advocates for dedicated male breast cancer cohort studies.
