Dr. Ferdinandos Skoulidis is a physician-scientist at MD Anderson who has made seminal contributions to understanding KRAS mutant lung cancer biology. He delineated three molecular subgroups of KRAS-mutant NSCLC based on co-mutational landscape (STK11, KEAP1, TP53) with distinct therapeutic implications. His work underpins current biomarker strategies for KRAS G12C inhibitor clinical trials.
