David Fenyo has developed computational methods for proteogenomic data analysis including algorithms for identifying cancer neoantigens from mass spectrometry data and tools for integrating proteomic measurements with genomic variant calls. His proteomics database development has enabled community-wide access to CPTAC cancer proteogenomic datasets. His multi-omics visualization tools have made complex proteogenomic relationships accessible to the broader cancer research community.
