Fabrice Andre

Fabrice Andre is a leading translational researcher in breast oncology whose work on molecular tumor profiling and PI3K pathway-targeted therapy has been highly influential. He led the SOLAR-1 trial establishing alpelisib plus fulvestrant for PIK3CA-mutated HR+ breast cancer, and contributes to multiple genomic sequencing programs for breast cancer patients. His research addresses how to implement precision medicine in clinical practice and has contributed to developing the Gustave Roussy approach to molecular tumor boards. He is also a pioneer in basket and platform trial design for breast cancer.
