Fabrice Andre

Fabrice Andre is Research Director at Gustave Roussy and an international leader in precision oncology for breast cancer, with contributions to understanding genomic determinants of HER2-low status including ERBB2 low copy number alterations and co-mutations in the PI3K pathway. He has led studies investigating whether molecular subclassification of HER2-low tumors can identify patients most likely to benefit from T-DXd and other targeted agents. He has published extensively on comprehensive genomic profiling in breast cancer.
