Fabrice Andre led development of the ESMO Scale for Clinical Actionability of molecular Targets (ESCAT), providing a standardized framework for ranking evidence supporting precision oncology biomarkers. His MOSCATO and SAFIR trials pioneered European molecular profiling and matched therapy. ESCAT has become the global standard for grading genomic actionability.
