Ezra Cohen at UC San Diego is a leading HNSCC clinical researcher who has contributed to studies of cetuximab, EGFR-targeted therapies, and novel immunotherapy combinations in head and neck cancer. His work has addressed the molecular underpinnings of EGFR dependence and mechanisms of cetuximab resistance in HNSCC. He has participated in multiple phase I-III trials evaluating novel agents and combinations for recurrent and metastatic disease.
