Eric Maxim has led the engineering and clinical development of FLASH radiation delivery systems, including the PHASER (Pluridirectional High-energy Agile Scanning Electronic Radiotherapy) platform for clinical FLASH electron therapy. His work on beam delivery technologies has addressed the critical engineering challenges of achieving ultra-high dose rates with clinical precision. He has been instrumental in establishing dosimetry standards for FLASH radiation.
