👥Biography 个人简介

Eric Klein is the clinical architect of the Galleri multi-cancer early detection test, leading the landmark Circulating Cell-free Genome Atlas (CCGA) study that demonstrated cfDNA methylation patterns can detect over 50 cancer types from a single blood draw with high specificity and accurate cancer signal origin identification. His clinical trials established that Galleri detects cancers that lack standard screening programs, including pancreatic, ovarian, and liver cancers, at stages where curative intervention is possible. He designed the population-level NHS-Galleri trial enrolling 140,000 participants to evaluate MCED screening in a real-world healthcare system. His work has brought multi-cancer early detection from concept to clinical reality.
