Emmanuel Antonarakis leads prostate cancer immunotherapy research, identifying CDK12 loss and MSI-H subsets as responsive to checkpoint blockade in an otherwise immune-cold disease. His work is central to converting prostate cancer into an IO-responsive tumor through biomarker-guided approaches. He directs translational GU oncology at Minnesota.
