Elmar Joura

Elmar Joura is a leading investigator of HPV vaccine efficacy, with a central role in the pivotal clinical trials of the 9-valent HPV vaccine (Gardasil-9). His research demonstrated broad protection against nine HPV types responsible for the majority of cervical cancer, genital warts, and other HPV-associated cancers.
