👥Biography 个人简介

Matthew Ellis led the CPTAC breast cancer proteogenomic analysis that revealed proteomic subtypes not captured by genomic classification alone, identifying druggable phosphoprotein targets invisible to DNA and RNA profiling. His work demonstrated that protein-level analysis dramatically expands the actionable target landscape in breast cancer beyond what genomics alone provides. His integration of mass spectrometry proteomics with genomic data has established the paradigm for proteogenomic cancer characterization.
