Eliza Jacobsen has contributed to clinical research on mogamulizumab, the anti-CCR4 monoclonal antibody approved for CTCL and showing activity in PTCL subtypes including adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma. Her work addresses mechanisms of mogamulizumab response, CCR4 expression in various T-cell lymphoma subtypes, and optimal patient selection. She also investigates novel combination immunotherapy approaches for T-cell malignancies.
