👥Biography 个人简介

Elaine Mardis has been a driving force in applying next-generation sequencing technology to cancer genomics, leading some of the first whole-genome sequencing studies of cancer that revealed the complete mutational landscape of acute myeloid leukemia, breast cancer, and other tumor types. Her laboratory developed computational pipelines for clinical cancer genome interpretation that have become industry standards. She pioneered neoantigen prediction from tumor sequencing data for personalized cancer vaccine development. Her technical and computational innovations have made clinical cancer genome sequencing a reality for precision oncology.
