Elaine Bhatt

Elaine Bhatt has dedicated her career to building patient advocacy infrastructure for cancer survivors and those undergoing treatment. Her organization has successfully advocated for insurance coverage of clinical trial costs, cancer survivorship care plans, and equitable drug access policies. She has worked with Congress and the FDA to ensure patient perspectives are incorporated into cancer drug approval processes. Her advocacy has contributed to passage of the Cancer Moonshot legislation and expanded NCI funding.
