Eileen O'Reilly

Eileen O'Reilly is a leading GI oncologist at MSK who has led pivotal pancreatic cancer clinical trials including evaluation of NALIRIFOX (liposomal irinotecan-based regimen). She conducted landmark studies establishing olaparib maintenance therapy for BRCA-mutated pancreatic cancer, leading to FDA approval. Her research has advanced the application of DNA damage repair pathway targeting in pancreatic cancer. She leads the MSK pancreatic cancer disease management team and is a leading investigator in international pancreatic cancer groups.
