👥Biography 个人简介

Dmitriy Zamarin is a translational oncologist who investigates how innate immune activation through oncolytic viruses and STING agonists can be combined with checkpoint inhibitors to overcome immunotherapy resistance. His lab has characterized how intratumoral injection of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) stimulates local and systemic anti-tumor immunity and synergizes with PD-1 blockade in mouse models. He has translated these findings into early-phase clinical trials combining oncolytic strategies with systemic checkpoint inhibition, contributing to the field of innate-adaptive immune axis combination therapy.
