David DiGiusto

David DiGiusto has been instrumental in developing automated manufacturing platforms for allogeneic cell therapy products, including closed-system processing on the CliniMACS Prodigy that enables standardized production of gene-modified cells. His work spans stem cell selection, T cell processing, and the development of manufacturing workflows that support both autologous and allogeneic cell therapy paradigms. He has contributed to establishing quality and reproducibility standards for off-the-shelf cell product manufacturing.
