Marie-Caroline Dieu-Nosjean provided foundational evidence that mature TLS in non small cell lung cancer predict better outcomes. Her laboratory has characterized the cellular composition of TLS including DC-LAMP positive mature dendritic cells and follicular helper T cells. She continues to explore TLS as therapeutic targets in solid tumors.
