👥Biography 个人简介

Diana Bhatt investigates the mechanisms of granulocyte recruitment to tumors and the role of the CXCR2 chemokine axis in neutrophil-mediated tumor promotion, demonstrating that CXCR2 inhibition can reduce tumor-promoting neutrophil infiltration and enhance immunotherapy response. Her work has distinguished between bona fide neutrophils and granulocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells in the tumor microenvironment. She has contributed to clinical development of CXCR2 inhibitors as cancer immunotherapy combination agents. Her research addresses the complex role of granulocytes in tumor immunity.
