👥Biography 个人简介

James Di Santo identified the common helper innate lymphoid progenitor (CHILP) that gives rise to all non-NK ILC subsets, establishing the developmental hierarchy of the ILC family and revealing key transcription factor checkpoints that determine ILC lineage commitment. His development of humanized mouse models reconstituted with human ILCs has enabled in vivo studies of human ILC anti-tumor functions. His work on the transcriptional regulation of ILC development by PLZF, Id2, and GATA3 has provided targets for selectively expanding anti-tumor ILC subsets.
