Debu Tripathy

Debu Tripathy is a leading breast oncologist who chairs breast medical oncology at MD Anderson and has been involved in pivotal trials of CDK4/6 inhibitors and endocrine therapies. His research investigates mechanisms of endocrine resistance including ESR1 mutations and the clinical utility of ctDNA monitoring to detect early resistance. He has contributed to development of novel SERD and SERCA agents and has led multiple translational studies connecting genomic alterations to clinical outcomes. He has authored over 400 publications in breast cancer.
