Jonathan Davis leads antibody engineering at Genentech, where he has developed novel bispecific and multispecific antibody formats including CrossMAb technology that enables correct heavy-light chain pairing in bispecific IgG antibodies. His work has produced clinically validated bispecific antibodies including glofitamab and mosunetuzumab for hematologic malignancies. He continues to advance next-generation multispecific formats that simultaneously engage multiple targets on tumor cells and immune effectors.
