David Kerr

David Kerr at the University of Oxford has been a global oncology leader who has contributed to efforts to expand access to essential cancer medicines in LMICs through his work with WHO essential medicines lists and generic drug access initiatives. His background in colorectal and GI oncology research, combined with deep engagement in global cancer policy, has enabled him to bridge clinical expertise and global health advocacy. He has contributed to designing trials that can be conducted in LMIC settings and has supported capacity building for oncology research in developing countries. His comprehensive advocacy for cancer medicine access has helped advance global equity.
