David Bhatt

David Bhatt leads neoantigen mRNA vaccine development combining personalized mutanome analysis with rapid mRNA manufacturing. His research has demonstrated that mRNA-based neoantigen vaccines can prime and expand neoantigen-specific T cells with potent antitumor activity. He has investigated synergistic combinations of mRNA vaccines with checkpoint inhibitors in multiple tumor types. His clinical programs have shown remarkable efficacy in randomized trials, including a significant reduction in melanoma recurrence.
