Dan S. Kaufman
M.D., Ph.D.
Professor, Department of Medicine
👥Biography 个人简介
Dan Kaufman is a leader in developing induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer cells for cancer immunotherapy. His laboratory has established robust methods for differentiating iPSCs into functional NK cells that can be genetically engineered with CARs and other enhancements. This approach enables unlimited production of standardized NK cell products for off-the-shelf cancer therapy.
