Dan Bhatt

Dan Bhatt leads clinical pharmacogenomics implementation science efforts, translating pharmacogenomic knowledge into clinical decision support at the point of care. He has developed and evaluated EHR-integrated pharmacogenomics alerts that guide prescribing decisions for oncology and other therapeutics. His research has demonstrated the feasibility and clinical benefit of prospective pharmacogenomics screening programs at population scale. He has published extensively on the challenges and opportunities of implementing genomics-guided prescribing in real-world healthcare settings.
