👥Biography 个人简介

Marka Crittenden has made important contributions to understanding how radiation reshapes the tumor immune microenvironment, particularly through effects on myeloid cell populations including tumor-associated macrophages and dendritic cells that are critical for abscopal immune responses. Her preclinical models have revealed the role of innate immune sensing pathways in mediating radiation-induced anti-tumor immunity. She leads translational programs testing strategies to reprogram immunosuppressive myeloid cells through radiation-immunotherapy combinations.
