👥Biography 个人简介

Connie Eaves is a distinguished scientist who has made foundational contributions to understanding normal and malignant mammary stem cell biology. Her laboratory characterized the hierarchy of stem and progenitor cells in the human mammary gland and identified how this normal architecture is subverted in breast cancer. She has applied clonal dynamics and single-cell approaches to dissect breast cancer heterogeneity and the role of stem-like cells in disease initiation and progression. Her work has shaped understanding of breast cancer subtypes and their cellular origins.
