Christine Brown is a leading scientist in IL13Ra2-targeted CAR-T therapy for glioblastoma at City of Hope. Her groundbreaking work demonstrated the first case of complete tumor regression in a recurrent GBM patient treated with IL13Ra2 CAR-T cells delivered locoregionally. She has developed sophisticated manufacturing protocols for brain tumor CAR-T therapies. Her research continues to optimize delivery routes and CAR-T construct design for central nervous system tumors.
