Ching-Hon Pui has led St Jude Total Therapy studies for pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia, progressively improving cure rates to over 90% and demonstrating safety of eliminating cranial radiation for CNS prophylaxis. His work established MRD-guided risk adaptation as the global pediatric ALL standard. He drives capacity building for pediatric leukemia care in low-resource settings.
