Charu Aggarwal leads research on ctDNA-based minimal residual disease detection to guide adjuvant therapy selection in resected NSCLC. Her work on MERMAID and related trials tests escalation strategies for ctDNA-positive patients after surgery. She has helped define the clinical utility of tumor-informed ctDNA assays in early-stage lung cancer.
