Aude Chapuis

Aude Chapuis is advancing the understanding of TCR-T cell persistence and function at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, demonstrating that the differentiation state and epigenetic programming of infused T cells are critical determinants of long-term anti-tumor activity. Her clinical trials of WT1-specific TCR-T cells in leukemia have revealed that T cell manufacturing conditions dramatically influence in vivo persistence and clinical outcomes. She is developing strategies to generate long-lived memory TCR-T cells with enhanced proliferative capacity and sustained effector function.
