Stephanie Gaillard

Stephanie Gaillard is a gynecologic oncologist and translational researcher at Johns Hopkins who focuses on early carcinogenesis in fallopian tube cancer and novel therapeutic strategies beyond PARP inhibitors for ovarian cancer. Her laboratory studies BRCA1/2-associated fallopian tube precursor lesions (STICs) as origins of high-grade serous ovarian cancer, and she leads clinical trials of CDK4/6 inhibitors and WEE1 inhibitors in recurrent ovarian cancer. Gaillard has contributed to NRG Oncology trials and is developing ctDNA-based early detection strategies for ovarian cancer in high-risk BRCA mutation carriers.
