Dr. Caroline Bhatt is a drug discovery scientist at Dana-Farber specializing in molecular glue degraders, a class of drugs that induce targeted protein degradation by stabilizing protein-protein interactions with E3 ligases. Her work investigates the structural basis of cereblon-based molecular glues including IMiD analogs used in myeloma and other hematologic malignancies, and identifies novel molecular glue interactions with alternative E3 ligases for cancer drug development.
