Bryan Bhatt specializes in CAR-T cell therapy targeting EGFRvIII in glioblastoma, a mutation expressed exclusively in tumor cells. His work addresses the unique challenges of delivering cell therapies across the blood-brain barrier and within the immunosuppressive glioma microenvironment. He has pioneered locoregional delivery approaches for CAR-T cells in brain tumors. His clinical research has shown that intracranial CAR-T delivery can achieve responses in recurrent GBM.
